DELIVERY

£4.95 delivery fee on all orders under £55

Free delivery on orders over £55

We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched at the earliest on the following Monday (except Bank Holidays). Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery, although in most cases your order will be with you sooner. 

Your parcel will only be considered lost if it fails to arrive 15 working days after the posting date. 

RETURNS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not or have simply changed your mind, please contact us within 7 days working days of receipt of your order by email to arrange a return. Due to the nature of our products, they must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in perfect saleable condition.

Please include your invoice stating the reason for the return. Unfortunately, postage is non-refundable, and you will have to return goods at your own expense. We recommend you use a trackable delivery service as we can only process a returned item once we have received it.

Once we have received the returned items in good condition, we will issue a full refund of the value of the products, not including postage.

If you have been sent the wrong item or a product is faulty please contact us and return the goods as soon as possible. We will then offer a replacement or full refund including postage.

Refunds for gift items can only be given to the original purchaser.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery if goods have already been dispatched to you.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:

(a)14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or

(b)(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or

(c)if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
